Ordering & delivery — quick answers
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of $500 or more anywhere in Australia. Orders under $500 have a flat $25 freight charge.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch from Erina NSW within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days depending on where you are.
Do you deliver to WA, NT and Tasmania?
Yes — we deliver Australia-wide, including WA, NT, Tasmania and regional areas. Remote areas can take a few extra days.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. See our returns page for the steps.
What warranty do your products have?
Every product comes with the manufacturer's full Australian warranty, and we support it locally. Warranty length depends on the brand and model — it's listed in each product's specifications.
Are your prices in Australian dollars and do they include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Square. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We never see or store your card details.
Do you install?
We supply the products and give free advice. Installation should be done by a licensed electrician or installer in your area — we're happy to talk them through it.
