Freight charges

Parcel-sized items (controllers, vents, grilles, small fans and accessories): flat rate freight, Australia-wide, shown at checkout and paid with your order.

Large or heavy items (rangehoods, roof ventilators, kits, dehumidifiers): freight depends on size, weight and your address. Add them to your cart and send a freight quote request. We confirm the total, then email you a secure payment link. No card is charged until you agree.

Dispatch time

We dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days from our Erina NSW warehouse.

Transit time

Transit time is typically 2–10 business days depending on your location. Metro areas are generally 2–5 days; remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Large items

Some large or bulky items may require a tailgate delivery service. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
