This BR552 bundle comprises the BR550 Silent Exhaust Fan and the DVK550 venting kit. It includes all you need to vent odours, steam, stale air and humidity from 2 adjacent rooms with. Please note that installing a door vent or ensuring a suitable gap below the door is essential for this exhaust fan to effectively remove steam and significantly minimise condensation in the bathroom.

Boxes contain:

1x Ecodrive® 850 m3/hr motor with 200mm backdraft shutter,

1x 200mm metal pipe, 1x ABS plastic Y-joint,

2x 200mm diameter flexi-ducting (1x 4m + 1x 6m),

4x 12mm button head screws,

1x wall hanging bracket plus

2x white circular diffusers (P1066/2).

Why can't I hear the Schweigen rangehood running?

Schweigen's Isodrive® technology places the motor remotely in the roof cavity, wall or ceiling void — away from the kitchen. At low speeds the rangehood is virtually silent, because the only sound source is air moving through the filters, not a motor above the cooktop.

What does Schweigen rangehood installation involve?

Installation costs are typically the same as a standard rangehood. The remote motor unit is installed in the ceiling, roof cavity or bulkhead with flexible ducting.
