Return/exchange of faulty goods

Where the product you have purchased is not of merchantable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose; or does not match the description or sample provided; you are entitled to a refund.

Proof of Purchase must be provided to receive a refund.

When you buy, you should choose carefully. You do not automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind or making an incorrect purchase.

Cancellation may incur an administration and handling fee.

Goods that have been unpacked or installed can not be returned unless the product you have purchased is not of merchantable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose; or does not match the description or sample provided.

Any refund must be made using the same tender type as the original purchase

A refund will be made via eft to your nominated bank account.

Warranty
All products sold in this store come with comprehensive express warranties provided by the manufacturers.

In certain circumstances you may be entitle to a refund. See Refunds

If the manufacturers express warranty is a replacement warranty, then your product will be replaced.

If the manufacturers express warranty is a repair warranty, then your product must be repaired by the authorised warranty service dealer.

Proof of purchase MUST be presented to receive warranty service or replacement.

We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available.
